Internet Health

Censorship, filtering, throttling, dead links, blockages. The health of the Internet can be measured by the ease with which its users can access and share information. We develop tools and research to understand where information on the Internet is obstructed, to identify the strategies communities use to circumvent those obstructions, and to support greater access.
