Daniel has worked in several roles including as an ICT policy analyst and researcher at CIPESA, in Kampala, Uganda, as a research communicator in the academy, and as an investment analyst in the private sector. He also has co-founded a couple of tech media and design startups in Uganda. Daniel is deeply interested in technology and politics—and the politics of technology—in sub-Saharan Africa. His current interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the effects on social, economic, and political experiences in the global south.
