We need disease surveillance, not a surveillance state

Facial recognition is perfectly tailored to serve the worst impulses of humanity during a time of deep vulnerability and it shouldn't be used as part of the COVID-19 response system, argue BKC’s Woodrow Hartzog and Evan Selinger.
