Holger Spamann

Faculty Associate

I am a professor at Harvard Law School, where I teach mostly corporate law and corporate finance. My research focuses on the law and economics of corporate governance and financial markets, judicial behavior, and comparative law. Before I became an academic, I practiced with Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and clerked for two years in Europe. I have too many degrees, among them a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. I am a member of the bar of New York and qualified for the German bar. Like most of the rest of the world, I recently started to think about the governance of AI.
