Brandon Sullivan is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science at Boston University. His research interests center on the international political economy of finance, technology, and national security. Currently, his projects aim to address the relationship between states and market actors, focusing on instances of market coercion, market-based governance regimes, and other types of public-private hybridity.
