SCO and after SCO: The Legal Future of Free Software

On February 23rd, Eben Moglen, General Counsel of the Free Software Foundation, spoke at Harvard Law School. The event, sponsored by the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology (JOLT), took place at 6:30pm in Austin East. Moglen, also Professor of Law and Legal History at Columbia Law School, will speak on the topic, "SCO and after SCO: The Legal Future of Free Software." All are welcome. Moglen was introduced by Berkman Faculty Co-Director Jonathan Zittrain.
